At IrishSoul ( EDITBLIND PICTURES LIMITED ) , we specialize in creating stunning personalized iris photography art pieces. Each artwork is meticulously crafted with a personal touch, ensuring a unique and meaningful piece for every customer.
Returns
Due to the personalised and custom nature of our iris photography art, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Should your product arrive damaged or defective, we will issue a replacement product accordingly.
To ensure, our customers are satisfied with our service, we follow the following steps to process orders:
- We prepare a preview for you that you can view online (sent via email)
- You can approve or request changes through our website
- Once we receive your approval online, we process your order and ship it to you in 10 working days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. As our artworks are customised specifically for you, cancellations beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated as production may have commenced.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the order. Kindly provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product along with your order number. We will swiftly assess the situation and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed upon verification and approval. Please allow 14 for the refund to reflect in your account.
